Because of his old work, Chief Matt teamed up with Detective Clark to kill his old friend, Sam Trigwell. Chief and Clark try to cover up the murder case so that their dirty deeds are not revealed. Meanwhile, Detective Barry continues to investigate the murder case to find out who the real culprit is.
